Championships in Madrid and London - we have over 100 medals!!!

Today we present one of our favourite types of posts that fit the category: We are so proud! Last weekend the Indigo team bravely fought for trophies at the Nailympion Championships in Madrid and Nailympia Championships in London. How did they do? Perfect and efficient! The girls returned to Poland with over 100 medals! Not only volleyball players are our national treasure!

Nailympion Championships were held between 28th and 30th of September in Madrid and the Nailympia Championships between 29th of September and 1st of October in London. These are one of the most prestigious events in the world and winning trophies in these competitions are dreams of every nail stylist. However....

Members of the Indigo Team have no time for daydreaming, they set goals and work hard to achieve them. This was the case this time! Check out the results and see how the Championships in Madrid and London went. To the impressive list of Indigo awards, we add over 100 medals! Now reaching over 1000 awards is just a matter of time.

We respect the right to privacy and protection of personal data of the Users of our website and online shop available at https://www.indigo-nails.com/ (hereinafter referred to as: the Website). This Privacy Policy sets out the principles on which we collect and process personal data of our Users.

§ 2. Controller of personal data

The Controller of Users’ personal data is INDIGO NAILS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Senatorska 14/16, 93-192 Łódź, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20^th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000684415, holder of the following VAT number: 7272792881 and National Official Business Register number (REGON): 101805889.

§ 3. Collection of personal data

Personal data is collected by us during the process of:

1) subscribing to the newsletter;

2) setting up an account on the Website;

3) placing orders (for Users who do not have an account on the Website).

When subscribing to the newsletter, we collect the following personal data: e-mail address.
When completing the account registration form, we collect the following personal data: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and address for the issue of invoices.
When placing orders by Users who do not have an account on the Website, we collect the following personal data: first name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, and address for shipment of goods.

§ 4. Purpose of personal data collection

Personal data collected when subscribing to the newsletter is collected for the purpose of conducting marketing activities towards Users, including for analytical and statistical purposes.
Personal data collected when setting up an account on the Website is processed for the purpose of:

concluding and implementing a contract for the provision of electronic services, i.e. enabling the User to use our Website;
concluding and implementing a contract of sale (distance), the subject of which are goods available in our online shop;

§ 6. Users’ rights in respect of data processing

The User is entitled to access the content of his/her data and to correct it, remove it or restrict its processing.
To the extent that the basis for personal data processing is the implementation of a contract or User’s consent – the User has the right to transfer the provided personal data to another controller.
To the extent that the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller – the User has the right, at any time, to object to the processing of his/her personal data.
In order to exercise the rights referred to in paragraphs 1-3, the User should contact the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Controller by e-mail at gdpr@indigo-nails.com or by letter to the address of the Controller’s registered office indicated above.
Furthermore, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection.

§ 7. Cookies

Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by a server and stored in the end device of Users visiting the website https://www.indigo-nails.com/ (e.g. on a hard drive of a computer, laptop, or on a smartphone memory card – depending on the device used by the User).

We use our own session and persistent cookies on the website https://www.indigo-nails.com/. Our own cookies are used to: keep the User’s shopping cart and session; remember the language version and country of delivery; remember the reference code (from where the customer accessed the website); remember the data entered in the order form – method of delivery and payment, delivery address and billing address; remember the User’s preferences, e.g. sorting settings, whether to display certain messages again, etc.
