The basic training in nail styling with the acrylic method addressed people who want to start their adventure with nail styling and learn about the 3 most popular salon shapes: almond, oval and square.
After signing up for the course, you will receive a set of training materials developed by Indigo Instructors on occupational health and safety, nail diseases and styling methods (in a step-by-step version). All the received texts will help to consolidate the knowledge gained during the training.
During this training, you will gain the basic knowledge necessary to start working as a professional Nail Stylist. You will learn how to take care of a workplace, ensuring the safety of yourself and your clients. In the beginning, the instructor will first discuss the submitted materials and answer related questions. Then, they will show you the natural nail structure, explain the specialist vocabulary, and detail the products and auxiliary preparations needed to perform nail stylisation with the gel method.
After completing the theoretical part, it will be time for practice. You will learn an effective method of matching the form to the shape of natural nails and then perform nail extensions in 3 salon shapes. You will also learn how to apply colour correctly and how to paint a French easily. Finally, you will learn how to use levelling gels and those with a thick consistency, and from the wide Indigo offer, you will choose the products with which you work best.
You will also learn the techniques of filing and working with a milling machine, and you will perform the treatment of removing extended nails.
At the end of the training, there will be a short written exam on the knowledge gained during the training and information sent by e-mail. The International Certificate Indigo Gel Basic Almond & Oval & Square Course will be issued based on the exam.
