The contract between the Buyer and Seller may be concluded in two manners.

Before placement of an order, the Buyer shall be entitled to negotiate all provisions of the contract with the Seller, including also those which change provisions of the following regulations. These negotiations should be conducted in written form and directed to the Seller's address (Indigo Nails Sp. z o.o., ul. Senatorska 14/16, 93-192 Łódź, Polska).

If the Buyer resigns from a possibility of concluding the contract under individual negotiations, the following regulations and relevant legal provisions shall be applied.
