Traditional top coat, once cured, requires wiping with a dust-free swab soaked in dedicated cleanser. A no wipe top eliminates this step, making it more convenient, and you get a finished look in about 60 seconds after removing your hand from the device.

How do I use a no wipe top?

Using a no wipe top is extremely simple, and the process looks standard for application with a product that has an inhibition layer. The final styling moment is the key difference in the overall look: 

  1. Wash and disinfect your and your client's hands. Put on gloves. Assess the condition of the client's hands and nails to ensure there are no contraindications to the treatment.
  2. Remove cuticles with a cutter or chopstick and work the cuticles with a cutter e.g. 9, 1.
  3. Using a 100/180-grit buffer, carefully matt the plate.
  4. Remove dust with a soft brush.
  5. Thoroughly degrease the plate with a dust-free swab and classic cleaner.
  6. Apply the appropriate primer (Acid Free Primer or Acid Primer).
  7. Apply one coat of your chosen hybrid base coat and cure in the lamp (adjust the curing time according to the parameters of the lamp you are using).
  8. If your nails need to be built up, choose a builder base such as Protein Base or Mineral Base and build up. Remember to extend the curing time to 60 seconds in the MultiLed lamp.
  9. Apply your chosen hybrid polish. Adjust the curing time according to the parameters of the lamp you are using.
  10. Use a Tip Top to finish and reinforce your style. Do not press the brush down firmly. Otherwise you will get streaks. 
  11. Cure each nail individually. Adjust the curing time according to the parameters of the lamp you are using.
  12. There is no need to wipe off the nail design as the top coat is non-sticky.

Remember that nail tops need to cool down after removal from the lamp. Do not apply nail care products for min. 60 seconds after removing the nails from the multiled lamp.
