Returns and Exchanges

We do our best to ensure the best quality and conditions of the products we deliver to your door. Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them. If there is visible damage to the box or packaging, please note this with the courier driver. If you find that the item you have received has been damaged, please let us know within 30 days by completing the form available at: https://returns.indigo-nails.com/en.

 

If you have simply changed your mind:

 

You can return the product to us within 28 days after you receive the product. If you wish to do so, please let us know by emailing: customerservice@indigo-nails.co.uk  quoting your order number.

 

To be entitled to a full refund, the product must be in "as new" condition.  If the product is sealed goods which we, acting reasonably, consider must remain sealed due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the product must be returned sealed.

Once we receive and check the product, we will arrange for the refund. Please note that, if you have simply changed your mind, we will only be able to refund you the original sale cost and not your return postage charge.

We would highly recommend you send the product back to us by a traceable service and ensure the shipment will be handled with care.

 

We will not be responsible for any damages caused to the item, or loss of the item while in transport back to us, so we do recommend that you insure your package and use a tracked postal service.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns and exchanges because you have changed your mind (subject to our discretion) of the following products:

1.any sealed product which has been unsealed;

2. unsealed manicure and pedicure tools & accessories (nippers, nail drill bits, scissors, cuticle pushers etc.);

3. unsealed cosmetics including creams, body lotions, scrubs, oils etc.; and

4. unsealed perishable goods like bases, tops, gels, gel polishes, nail polishes, acrylic systems etc.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?

It should take no more than 10 to 14 days after we receive the product.
